ICC Rules of Arbitration

International Chamber of Commerce is one of the leading bodies in international trade, which started its work in 1919 to promote international trade globally. Among the activities of the Chamber has been to facilitate settlement of international commercial disputes. One of the main steps took by the Chamber to that end is the provision and publication of the “Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce”, a set of rules which are now frequently used in many international arbitrations worldwide. The rules are a comprehensive set of provisions covering all aspects of an arbitration from drafting the arbitration clause to issuing the arbitral award and its enforcement.
